About The Role

Role Type: 12 month fixed term, Full time opportunity

In Institutional Operations we are transforming the way we support our Customers and Bankers.  We are creating multidisciplinary teams, driving continuous improvement and supporting our people to create digital mindsets.  It’s an exciting time to be part of our transformation journey – join us as an Assistant Manager in Lending Operations.

As an Assistant Manager you will be supporting the Relationship Credit and Relationship Management teams. The role is responsible for facility management and collateral management of transaction related matters, as well as being accountable for the broader Lending Operations activities to the Relationship Team.

To be successful in this role, you will leverage your strong customer focus and proven ability to provide quality customer service. You will work with your colleagues to identify better ways of doing things, challenge ideas with a different perspective to drive continuous improvements and demonstrate a growth mindset to ensure we provide the best possible Customer and Banker Experience.
