About The Role

Role Location: 242 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW

Role Type: Permanent, Full time opportunity

As a Senior Lending Advisory Manager, you will look after structuring, negotiation, and executing client lending transactions for complex wholesale (commercial) and complex retail (mortgage) deals.

• In addition, a Senior Lending Advisory Manager will also be responsible of the following:
• Customer – Exceptional Client Experience and Client Satisfaction as it relates to lending needs and solutions on an end to end basis
• People – Seamlessly collaborating and supporting frontline bankers across functions
• Process / Risk – Owning the end to end execution of lending transactions, CAD holder
• Reputation – A risk culture where best interests of the client and the bank are in line with community expectations
• Financial – Delivery of financial and risk results which balance business, customer and regulatory requirements

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Structuring & negotiating & complex Retail & Commercial loans
• Well proven stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to exercise senior level Credit Approval Discretion (CAD) in both Wholesale and Retail application
• Extensive years of experience within a Banking / Financial Services industry and Retail / Commercial Lending capacity
• Extensive years of experience in dealing with clients, helping them to structure credit transactions, as well influencing skills to bridge client needs & bank credit policy
• Extensive years of experience dealing with credit partners, where you are able to successfully structure & mitigate / condition loans, that is also palatable to the client
• Has already held or can demonstrate ability to qualify for and exercise Wholesale CAD and possibly senior Retail CAD
