We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join the vibrant team in Black Bar & Grill. Black Bar & Grill's award winning restaurant lead by Executive Chef Dany Karam and his team presents the finest steakhouse cuisine inspired by modern contemporary Australia and its seasonal produce. We are currently seeking an experienced Venue Manager whom has a passion for the hospitality industry with solid experience working in high end restaurants.

• Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced high volume restaurant
• Fantastic team building management style and strong ability to build relationships with guests and kitchen staff

What will my day look like as an Assistant Manager?

• Support the Restaurant/Venue Manager in the day to day running of the restaurant operations
• Ensure excellent guest experiences are delivered from arrival to departure
• Manage line staff, ensuring required performance and restaurant standards are met 
• Responding to guest feedback and implementing changes to prevent reoccurrence
