About the role:

This role is responsible for the maintenance and support of Uniting’s Client Management systems, including technical functionality and program implementation. As Systems and Business Analyst you will possess exceptional time management skills, strong interpersonal skills, be confident in your ability to write professional technical documents, have a very curious mind as you seek to learn the why as well as the how!

North Parramatta as a base location with onsite parking available and together with WFH arrangements!

We are a complex organisation, yet we are innovative, our systems are highly developed to produce strong and intelligent data that is made all the more robust by your technical knowledge, conceptual skills, as you methodically work to solve complex issues from problem management through to resolution. 

Excellent knowledge and experience using SQL to query databases providing extracted information to meet user requirements and capability in developing Crystal Reports. Experience within an ITIL framework would be looked upon favourably to further build controls and practices.

This role has so many moving parts, yes, it is a business systems role, however it's also a great opportunity to build fabulous relationships with your stakeholders, not just meeting over MS Teams, but meeting in person as some travel will be required!  Current NSW drivers’ licence is a requirement of the role.

Qualifications:

Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a technical analyst in Information Technology and Solution implementation
