About the Job
Swinburne is embarking on an exciting journey, working towards our new vision of bringing people and technology together to build a better world. We are seeking an outstanding professional to take on the role of Senior Business Analyst, Work Integrated Learning (WIL) to support the uplift of university-wide product and service development for WIL through the provision of solid and innovative BA services. At the heart of this role, you will manage, drive and deliver upon the development items from an end-to-end perspective.

The role of Senior Business Analyst reports into the Senior Project Manager, WIL and will work within a flexible and dynamic environment and collobrate with individuals who are passionate about contributing to the delivery of our 2025 Strategic Plan.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will also need to demonstrate the following:
• Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive BA experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training and certification e.g. CBAP, CBATL
• Thorough understanding of BA methods and techniques, ideally relatable to common and best practice industry standards.
• Strong understanding of BA and overall project delivery lifecycles.
• Extensive BA delivery experience in significant sized educational projects, with demonstrated responsibility for leading and driving the delivery of BA outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery inclusive of using agile ways of working, delivery lifecycle and methodologies (i.e. Scrum, Lean, SaFE)
