About the Role

Sustainably manage our workforce as a Roster Officer for our North East NSW Disability team. In this role, you will coordinator and optimise the available workforce by utilising rostering and scheduling systems such as Lumary and Kronos to best meet our client needs. As an individual you must work well under pressure, have savvy computer skills and work flexibly across a rotating roster from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Please note you will be working remotely in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to understand Service Agreements and customer needs
  • Respond to ad hoc changes required by our clients and staff by adjusting schedules
  • Develop ‘best fitÂ’ schedules for clients and optimise rosters for workers and the program
  • Ensure the support delivered to customers reflects the clientÂ’s current service agreement
  • Understand and commit to the principles of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident use technology and software on a mobile or desktop
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team
  • Certificate II in administration or business studies or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and an ability to think laterally and use initiative

Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Please note: Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations may be required for this position, in accordance with relevant Public Health Orders across all States and Territories. In these circumstances, evidence of vaccination will be required prior to an offer of employment.
