About the role
We have an opportunity for you to join our community disability team to provide support for an independent and active young female client living in the Eastern suburbs of Perth. Our client has a quiet nature and is looking for a Support Worker with calm demeanour to assist with job searching and other activities such as swimming and shopping.
Support is provided two days per week, 4-6 hours total. *There is the option to work additional shifts with other clients in the area*
Working in a wider team, you will facilitate the delivery of quality one-to-one services and achieve positive outcomes with service users in a positive and proactive environment. You will be actively supporting their individual needs and creating a safe environment.

Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will be required to undertake probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and a DCSI Disability Employment clearance/NDIS check.
