About The Role

Role Location: Flexible, can be based anywhere in Australia (blended working mode: working from the ANZ workplace 2-3 days a week and remotely the other 2-3 days per week)

Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Event Management and Breach Reporting (EMBR) has commenced a new program to Reimagine Breach Investigation and Reporting in Australia Retail and Commercial (“AR&C”). We aspire to reimagine the way breaches are identified, investigated and reported to regulators. This is a critical priority and a great opportunity to join a team focused on transformational work.

This role will support the new centralised model by applying a specialised Event Management skill set focused on determining ASIC reportability and significance.

  • Assessing unclassified events for reportability to ASIC in a timely manner
  • Collating and populating missing data fields within CoR system
  • Managing stakeholder input and communications
  • Ensuring appropriate level of legal/compliance engagement is applied in determining reportability
  • Providing input into Event Management reporting function and workflow
