About The Role 

Role Location: Warringah Mall Corner Condamine St & Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:15 PM)

As a Senior Banking Consultant, your role is to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer’s end-to-end needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions. You will also proactively support the Branch Manager in coaching team members and delivering ANZ’s Retail strategy.

You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a point of contact for more complex customer needs, as well as support the Branch Manager by acting as an advocate for change.
