About The Role
Role Location: 279 Clarendon St, South Melbourne VIC 3205
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
As a Senior Banking Consultant, your role is to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customers end-to-end needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions. You will also proactively support the Branch Manager in coaching team members and delivering ANZs Retail strategy. Moreover, you will coach customers on self-service ways of banking, ensuring our customers can bank at a time and place of their choice for their simple, everyday needs.
You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a point of contact for more complex customer needs, as well as support the Branch Manager by acting as an advocate for change.

This role is required to work from an ANZ workplace.
