What we are looking for
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Manager - The Star Club to oversee The Star Entertainment Groups loyalty program. Along with a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving engagement in our program and own the strategy and projects relating to our members from start to end. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to:
- Manage The Star Entertainment Group Loyalty Program to deliver KPIs along with increased market share
- Develop a rolling roadmap of the loyalty customer journeys including the identification and management of key campaigns, and the systems and processes needed to continually improve performance
- Manage and optimise the loyalty program design and delivery that result in building member relationships and engagement
- Manage the implementation of the loyalty program benefits; consistently deliver high-quality execution of member-facing benefits and experience in utilising the loyalty program
- Lead the acquisition strategy to drive increased participation in our loyalty program to convert guests to members
- Lead analysis and modelling of loyalty redemptions activity partnering with wider property marketing team
- Partner with channel stakeholders to bring the loyalty vision to life through technology and channel integration
- Partner with key stakeholders and property Marketing team members to anticipate future business changes and challenges and proactively review plans to drive positive outcomes
- Partner with Marketing Operations & Property Operating teams to ensure flawless execution of the customer experience as it relates to the loyalty program
- Own the development and management of the Loyalty departments budget
- Own special projects by identifying a clear approach, communicating project objectives and expected outcomes, and ensuring timely delivery
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising preferred
- 5 years of marketing experience across multiple facets of loyalty and/or marketing including direct marketing, online and offline media and brand marketing
- 3 years of experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Demonstrated success in setting marketing goals and leading cross functional groups through concept development and execution
- Proven experience in successfully managing multi-channel, national programs
- Proven experience in partnering with technology teams to deliver customer experience improvements
- Deep understanding of loyalty & retention marketing
- Ability to build strong relationship with peers and senior leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
