What we are looking for

We are looking for a team member with strong administration, customer service skills and attention to detail to join our VIP Business Services Team, to deliver exceptional guest experiences. We are warm, engaging, and dedicated to making a difference to our customers.

Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to:

  • Ensure all VIP guest reservations are accurately booked in applicable systems
  • Reservations and bookings for hotel rooms, flights, Star Yacht, Limousines, entertainment, restaurants, tours and much more
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to deliver 5-star customer service
  • Answer phone calls from internal & external stakeholders and action requests accordingly
  • Respond to guest queries, ensuring familiarity of the property, current promotions and tournaments in order to accurately perform administrative task
  • Show initiative to go above and beyond for our guests, knowing that the small details make a big difference
  • Maintain a guest focus in all services, ensuring that guest service delivery is timely, effective and efficient and that it meets both the guest’s needs and corporate standards
  • Working as liaison between Premium & VIP Business and Hotel Sales and Casino Sales teams to ensure the integrity of all group-related room inventory and master accounts

The Roster

If successful, you will be rostered on a rotating basis (shift time 7am-3pm or 12pm-8pm or 3pm-11pm, Monday – Sunday, no overnight shifts). This includes availability to public holidays and special events (e.g. Lunar New Year)

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork to achieve flawless customer services
  • Have experience in hotel reservations or hospitality
  • strong administrative skills with the ability to multi-task and juggle conflicting deadline
  • Proactive approach to make sure all bookings are completed to high standards
  • Knowledge of Opera would be highly regarded however not essential
