We are currently accepting applications for a Venue Manager wanting to join the Star Sydney signature dining portfolio team to lead a new (yet to open) fine dining venue. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire venue operation in partnership with the Executive chef ensuring a positive and exciting environment, where flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount.
You will oversee the effectiveness of guest service, employee performance and financial results. Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for daily operations of our exciting new venue and lead from the front in delivering a world class experience. We are looking for a charming leader who can motivate and encourage the team to deliver an exceptional and personalised service to our guests whilst showcasing the absolute best produce Australia can offer.
