We are looking for a hands on System and Compliance Manager to join our workforce management team.
In this role, your key priority will be to ensure the Workforce Management suite of products meets all regulatory, compliance and operational requirements. You will work closely with our Systems & Compliance Specialist, the wider workforce management team and Payroll to ensure optimal performance of our systems to meet the demands of our large operation.
We operate a hybrid model of work meaning you are able to work from home or office, as suited to your preference. This role can be based in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sydney.

About you
The ideal candidate will have strong background in Industrial relations (or similar field). You will have demonstrated experience in wage compliance and have strong knowledge on how Enterprise Agreements and Awards work.
