We are looking for a hands on System and Compliance Manager to join our workforce management team.

In this role, your key priority will be to ensure the Workforce Management suite of products meets all regulatory, compliance and operational requirements. You will work closely with our Systems & Compliance Specialist, the wider workforce management team and Payroll to ensure optimal performance of our systems to meet the demands of our large operation.

We operate a hybrid model of work meaning you are able to work from home or office, as suited to your preference. This role can be based in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sydney.

Your key areas of focus will include:

  • Award compliance including completion of all relevant BOOT requirements across all awards for NSW and QLD properties
  • Hold a strong relationship with Payroll and own process around payroll requirements and timelines relating to workforce data
  • Maintenance of workforce management suite of products (Virtual Roster, Time Manager, Pit Manager)
  • Provide governance around business projects and apply the principles and guidelines to workforce management strategy

About you

The ideal candidate will have strong background in Industrial relations (or similar field). You will have demonstrated experience in wage compliance and have strong knowledge on how Enterprise Agreements and Awards work. You will also enjoy being hands on in reporting, audits and compliance responsibilities. We are also looking for:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management including leading change
  • Experience within HR/IR/ER highly desirable
  • Excellent ability to work collaboratively with various areas of the business to understand workforce needs
  • Tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline
