A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie is currently available, this would ideally suit someone with previous experience in a similar role or a strong Demi Chef looking to take the next step!

The ideal candidate will be someone who has:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Certificate in Commercial Cookery)
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine with a passion to learn new techniques and training our current team.
• Experience in a supervisory role in a busy and large kitchen environment
• The ability to effectively and efficiently coordinate and work as part of the team to draw the best of our team members.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings shifts, weekends and public holidays
