An opportunity has emerged to join us as a Marketing Manager within the all-important customer activation and continuity space.

 

This is a broad and juicy role where you will develop strategy, relationships and manage our continuity and collectable marketing programs, end-to-end. Gaining experience and exposure across a braod variety of areas, from Digital Transformation to Instore Operations. This role is truly at the heart of customer activation.

 

 

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Planning & Customer Continuity - Marketing, you will:

 

  • Lead a cross-functional project team of up to 30 leads
  • Develop the strategic plan for all major marketing trade programs
  • Construct commercial business cases for proposals grounded in insights
  • Drive and manage the program pipeline, with multiple programs in scope
  • Own and manage relationships with external continuity agency partners
  • Develop project briefs, scope, and supplier integrations
  • Report weekly to the Marketing Leadership team

 

 

Good things you'll need

Possessing 5+ years in a marketing-facing senior project management role, you come from a trade marketing, brand, product, project or account management background with proven experience managing large scale promotional/activation projects.

 

An strong thinker and an exceptional doer you build relationships with all stakeholders with ease and are known for your ability to lead, inspire, and take people on a journey.

 

You'll also need:

 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects from planning to execution
  • Contract and SLA negotiation skills for potential partners and suppliers
  • Strong commercial skills with budget management experience
  • Exceptional organisational and time planning skills
  • Extra brownie points if you're across entertainment, food, or retail trends
