About the role

12 Month Fixed term- Part time 3-4 days per week

The role will strategically support the delivery of transformational change across the eCommerce function in conjunction with the People & Culture strategy.

Act as P&C Change and Project Partner on prioritised digital/ system initiatives, partnering closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful initiative delivery of change and communications.  This includes change impact assessments, change and communications plans.

What you'll be doing 

• Develop and execute Change Management plans to support the rollout of new strategic system & process initiatives, as part of the P&C Digital roadmap.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Business Leads to align the Change strategy to the overall project objectives and timelines.
• Lead workshops to determine change impacts and document the Change Impact Assessments.
• Complete and document the Training Needs analysis, develop and execute/oversee training plans.
• Identify key stakeholders and impacted groups and develop and execute a comms plan.
• Capture detailed insights about the project/benefits to assist with queries and support change artefacts.
• Actively manage stakeholder queries pertaining to the change. 

Good things you'll need

• Proven experience, in organisational change in a large and complex organisation and Agile environments
• Experience in project change and communications in relation to the Digital Transformations and processes
• Ability to challenge the status quo and influence stakeholders / service owners to change their ways of working
• Experience working within a project environment, within large scale programmes.
• Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline preferred
• Analytical problem solving: ability to identify problems; apply structured methodology to identify root cause using data Broad business knowledge, including working in or partnering with a P&C function, and very strong commercial orientation #LC-PC
