A rare opportunity has emerged to join us as Project Manager working within our Company Secretariat team. This is an exciting role, working with a range of stakeholders at GM and Exec leadership level, to manage projects and deliver key initiatives for our annual reporting suite.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Company Secretary you will:  

• Project Manage the Coles Group Annual Reporting Suite including Annual, Sustainability, and Tax Contribution Reports
• Prepare and manage annual reporting project plans, track milestones, and assign activities
• Establish relationships and project rhythms with internal stakeholders and creative/design agency partners
• Facilitate fortnightly steering committees and work group meetings
• Ensure appropriate engagement with stakeholders to achieve milestones and deliverables
• Drive content and design direction with our creative and design agency partners.

Good things you’ll need

Possessing 5+ years in a client-facing senior project management role, you come from a corporate communication & sustainability, or branding agency background with proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders within a corporate environment / with corporate clients.

Proactive and energetic, you build relationships with senior stakeholders with ease and are known for your ability to influence and bring people together, to achieve a common goal.

• A can-do attitude
