Mei Wei at Treasury Brisbane features a delicious hawker-style Cantonese menu that showcases a collection of signature dishes including barbequed meats like char sui pork, crispy pork belly and crispy duck. The menu also offers quick and delicious appetisers like pot stickers and steamed dumplings, plus tasty noodle dishes and flavour sensations from the wok.

We are looking for an experienced Cook who wants to join this outstanding venue and develop their career with a well-established Culinary team.

To be successful as a Cook, you will bring:

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and working in a large team.
• Experienced in the Wok section is required
• A passion for a diverse range of food and a keen desire for continuous learning
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster that can include morning, afternoons, evenings and public holidays.
• A warm, naturally engaging personality that takes pride in delivering a memorable product
