About the Role
As a member of our community based in-home care team, you will facilitate the delivery of quality supports and achieve outcomes with clients in a positive and proactive environment. You will be actively supporting their individual needs and creating a safe environment for them to reach their goals. The successful candidates will have experience with intensive positive emotional support and have worked with clients with a range of physical, intellectual and psychosocial disabilities.
The role will be providing support in the client's home including; personal care, medication administration and household tasks.
We provide community support to clients Monday to Sunday (daytime) and you must be available for a minimum of 3 days a week (this can include weekends)

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and obtain an NDIS Clearance.
To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or hold a valid medical exemption certificate. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccination status during the recruitment process.
