As a Cyber Resilience Awareness and Change Manager, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of cyber awareness services to The Star Entertainment Group. You will work towards delivering engaging and relatable cyber content to audiences across the group and develop new initiatives to improve our cyber resilience.

No two days will be the same in this dynamic role, however your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Designing and delivering the cyber awareness and change plan
  • Defining the audience profiles and identify the most successful approach to delivering learning content through a wide range of mediums
  • Creating meaningful dialogue with the business to raise awareness on cyber security and work on projects and initiatives to drive this
  • Serve as a trusted advisor that can clearly articulate TSEG's security policies, standards, and guidelines

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering communications, training and learning content (preferably in cyber security)
  • Proven experience with preparing and delivering engaging presentations for any audience
  • A strong passion and interest in the cyber security space
