What youll be doing in this role
At Uniting, our Household model of care empowers our residential aged care teams with freedom to support our clients in ways that help to maintain a sense of meaning and purpose in their day. Our care worker teams in each of our Households is led by this role that we call a Homemaker. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Homemaker (Team Leader) to join Uniting Caroona in Goonellabah, NSW, on a part time permanent basis.
As a Homemaker, you will be responsible for supervising the smooth operations of a household. Youll allocate work to team members based around client choice and work to promote a cohesive and harmonious work environment.
