An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced server to join The Star’s newest and most luxurious venue, ELE by Federico & Karl. Drawing on the elements of fire, water, earth and air, ELE maps a menu of sensory experiences. Moment by moment, space by space.

In this role, you will be providing outstanding customer service to all our guests while ensuring that their whole experience is a memorable and enthusiastic one. This is a rare opportunity to work with 2 of Australia’s acclaimed chefs, Karl Firla and Federico Zanellato!

The ideal candidate will be someone with:

• Exceptional service and interpersonal skills
• Experience in lively a la carte restaurants, preferably in degustation-style operations
• A high level of emotional intelligence to take care of a diverse range of guests
• Proactive, problem-solving and attention to detail skills are highly regarded
• Current NSW RSA Statement of Attainment
