Swinburne Edge is a growing business unit within Swinburne University that is proactively shaping how Australian business executives address their emerging, and most pressing, workforce needs. About the Role
As Consulting Practice Lead, Swinburne Edge, you will lead the end-to-end consulting product / solution and client services delivery for Swinburne Edge (SE). The SE portfolio is responsible for addressing critical workforce needs, such as emerging strategy, people, technology and corporate learning culture opportunities / challenges for corporate and government clients. You will leverage your extensive experience to design, deliver and scale new consulting products / solutions that address complex business challenges and you will establish, build, and manage a highly proficient and experienced consulting solution delivery team.

Please note: candidates can be Melbourne of Sydney-based.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
  • A strong commercial leader with extensive Professional Services consulting practice leadership experience within a profitable consulting practice/firm or relatable field.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully designing and implementing high-value, end-to-end strategic consulting products / solutions that result in sustained and measurable client benefit.
  • Experience in successfully scoping, establishing, and managing a highly effective consulting solutions delivery team.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving individual (and team) annual sales and revenue targets through personally selling (an on-selling) high-value consulting solutions to C-suites across both medium to large corporate and government clients.
  • Experience in addressing the needs of complex clients, within private, public and not-for-profit sectors, dealing directly with the needs of C-suite and People / HR leaders.

Qualifications
Extensive consulting management experience and post-graduate qualification.
