Food & Beverage Supervisor

We have a position available for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Treasury Brisbane. In our Private Gaming Rooms venue, we provide around the clock amazing bar and food services to our VIP guests. In this role you will utilise your previous experience leading shifts in a Bar and Restaurant setting. As the Supervisor your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supervising team members ensuring they are supported to deliver upscale, luxury service
• Support the team with people related tasks including training, development and recruitment
• Make recommendations to the Venue Manager to increase customer loyalty and return visits

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
• Previous experience building relationships as a leader, including ability to identify growth opportunities and provide feedback
• Flexible availability with weekends crucial for this role
• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
