About the Role
As the Co-ordinator, Health and Wellbeing; you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of impactful health and wellbeing solutions across the university. This includes supporting the identification of needs, collaboration and consultation with stakeholders, resource development, implementation and delivery and review and evaluation. You will also work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the delivery of the Swinburne Health, Safety & Wellbeing strategy and plan to positively impact the Swinburne community.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
  • Experience working with a range of delivery channels that support effective engagement and utilisation of health and wellbeing solutions.
  • High-level organisational skills and the demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities and the capacity to initiate, embrace and foster change.
  • Ability to, plan, co-ordinate and deliver end-to-end Health and Wellbeing programs aligned to strategic direction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to monitor the effectiveness of solutions via valid measures, and contribute to internal and external Health and Wellbeing reporting requirements.

Qualifications
  • Degree in health science, behavioural science, psychology or similar discipline, with at least two years subsequent relevant experience.
  • Knowledge and practical understanding of Health & Wellbeing concepts, frameworks and practices.
