About the role

The engine room of our business, our Central Operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.

As part of the next phase of transformation of our supply chain, the system operations team are responsible for delivering a new paperless system to our distribution centre network. In support of the rollout a new opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Analyst to join our team on a Fixed Term contract until April 2023.

 

What you’ll be doing

Partnering with key stakeholders across our distribution network you will be responsible for the development of training materials and delivery of systems training to team members.

 

You'll also

  • facilitate and support the rollout of system enhancements to the paperless project across designated sites
  • adopt a continuous improvement approach to the project, providing analysis and insight to ensure that solutions are inline with overall strategic view and direction
  • develop test cases and carry out user acceptance and regression testing of coded solutions, ensuring that the developed solution is work as per requirements
  • develop strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful engagement with project rollout
  • find ways to offer additional support to the wider project team, being adaptable to the needs of the project

Good things you’ll need

We’re looking for someone with logistics experience ideally in a Distribution Centre environment, who has a passion for communicating and influencing teams

 

you’ll also need

  • experience of working in a support role for systems and processes that involves effective relaying of information
  • solid understanding of retail supply chain systems and processes, experience working with Manhattan is advantageous
  • the ability to communicate and work cross functionally across multiple business units to deliver complex change
  • proven experience analysing and interpreting data and converting into insights for key stakeholders to influence their decision making
  • have a clear vision of the project strategy and deliver with a high degree of energy and passion
