The role provides structure, governance and leadership across the strategic work streams across Coles eCommerce and manages the eCommerce cadence, including the prioritization and performance tracking of the portfolio’s initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Consolidate complex and volatile projects into clear and concise routines
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders in the business to drive execution at speed
• mplement and manage change and communications across the eCommerce group around new ways of working, including Agile, to deliver measurable improvements

Good things you'll need

• Appropriate tertiary qualification
• 5+ years experience in Project Management
• Proven experience in Project / Transformation Management
• Previous experience in managing projects and people
• Experience writing or contributing to board level presentations and reports
• Experience presenting to senior business stakeholders
• Previous experiences working with cross-functional stakeholder groups
• Previous experiences of working in a high-performance team environment
