What you’ll be doing

As a Business Analyst - International Payables, you’ll be the key SME for International, in addition you'll;

• Work with the Treasury team with managing foreign currency hedges and ensuring sufficient hedge cover is maintained for future payments
• Work with the Merchandise and International Supply Chain teams with managing the product costing process
• Stock accounting, reconciliations and analysis
• Analyse International balance sheet accounts
• FX gain/ loss, cost price variance and logistic analysis and reporting
• Maintaining rates (exchange rates and shipping rates) across multiple systems
• Ensure uninterrupted purchase document flow across multiple systems

• Managing month end and account reconciliations
• Initiate and resolve process optimisation opportunities

Good things you'll need

• Accounting qualification (CA or CPA)
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Finance or similar
• Understanding of International process
• Understanding of Foreign currency and hedges
• Stock movements and IT systems
• Understanding margins 
• Understanding of International accounting and stock accounting systems
• Understanding of International Payables
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Exposure to SAP and International Systems #LI-FIN
