Oasis Dining (Private Dining Room) is known for its exceptional and personalised service with a diverse menu delivered to diners with premium quality facilities.

We are looking for a Overnight Wok Cook to join our culinary team at Oasis Dining. This is an opportunity for you to develop your skills under the supervision of diversified chefs.

The Role

The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion and flair in the culinary space. They will have solid experience in a similar role within a reputable restaurant operation or fine dining.

• You will be accountable for overseeing a section of the kitchen to ensure that the overall operation runs smoothly and effectively
• You will hold relevant tertiary qualifications, such as Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Handle and follow up all incidents immediately, and report accurately
• Train and develop with the team
• Have thorough menu, product, portion control and preparation knowledge
• Keeping outlet ahead of HACCP standards
• Being Bi-lingual – Fluent spoken English, Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage
• Ability to work varied shifts, including overnight, weekends and holidays
