Gaming Marketing Manager

Due to an internal promotion, The Star Entertainment Group is looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to make an impact in our gaming space in Queensland!

This role will suit a strong people manager who has a hands-on approach to leadership as you will manage four high-performing team members. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to bring exciting marketing campaigns and promotional activities to life at The Star Gold Coast and Treasury Brisbane. Subsequently this will drive visitation, revenue and ROMI to create a world class experience for our valued guests!

Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to:

• Management of four experienced Marketing Executives in Brisbane and the Gold Coast
• Play a key role in the management of the overall return on marketing investment, activity planning and key stakeholder engagement.
• Support the Senior Marketing Manager in engaging the Customer Insights, Analytics and Commercial Finance team on the impact of activity via post implementation reviews.
• Proactively refine promotions and campaigns based on this evaluation of campaign results.
• Support the SMM to develop offers for relevant segments (promotional copy, rules and restrictions, legal review, customer service and property operations review, etc.) and develop and monitor success at program, customer, and campaign level.
• Support and promote a positive culture, engaged team and fun workplace.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in marketing, advertising, or brand development
• Have the ability to travel between Brisbane and the Gold Coast
• You will be motivated by people and achieving the best outcomes for your customers
• Ability to work in a fast paced and forever changing environment
• Strong communication skills to confidently liaise with and manage expectations and demands of stakeholders
• Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
