Optimise marketing effectiveness and the digital customer experience by supporting in the delivery of analytical and decision services to inform Swinburne’s digital marketing strategy.

About the Job
An opportunity has arisen to join the Marketing team as our new Digital Analyst. In this role, you play an integral role supporting the delivery of analytical and decision services to inform Swinburne’s digital marketing strategy and the optimisation of its marketing efforts.

You will support the Marketing team through detailed analysis and optimisation techniques, using the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of tools as well as first and second-party data sources to enhance insights.

We are looking for someone with an innovative approach with evolving analytical techniques and technologies to develop true end-to-end views of the customer experience and outcomes to inform marketing effectiveness. Your structured and data-backed analytics solutions will optimise marketing effectiveness and the digital customer experience.

This role primarily interfaces closely with Marketing and Business Analytics teams, as well as IT. You will also work closely with the Analytics and Digital specialists and collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders by providing data insights and supporting all marketing and customer analytics-related requests.

About You
To be suitable for this role, you will have:
  • Good communication and relationship management skills with a proven ability to effectively consult with and liaise with stakeholders, reporting deliverables, and recommend suitable approaches
  • Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud analytics and personalisation tools, in particular Adobe Analytics and Audience Manager
  • Proficient data mining, transformation, and analysis skills

Qualifications
  • Relevant degree in marketing or related discipline and/or experience in digital marketing and/or customer analytics
