What will my day look like?

  • Assisting our guests with their gaming machine needs
  • Maintaining high floor visibility, observing guests and gaming machines
  • Anticipating our guests’ needs exceeding their expectations
  • Maintaining high levels of discretion
  • Ensuring familiarity of the property, current promotions and our Star Loyalty program
  • Greeting guests as they enter gaming areas
  • Responding to guest enquiries, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Delivering outstanding, elite standards in guest service
  • Fixing minor machine faults
  • Maintaining the presentation of the gaming areas

About You

  • Proven experience within a customer-focused environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills as you work with a diverse guest base.
  • Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and digital literacy.
