About the Job
Reporting to the Evaluation and Analytics Manager, the Evaluation and Analytics Services Coordinator will be integral to coordinating, planning and administering evaluation services including internal and external student surveys. In this role you will coordinate end-to-end survey processes, as well as develop, manage and analyse survey datasets.
As the Evaluation and Analytics Services Coordinator you will review and develop efficient processes and work instructions, preparing reports to support essential management decisions in learning and teaching. You will manage the workflow of the Evaluation Services Specialist and make recommendations on areas of improvement. This role requires engagement with stakeholders across the University.
About you
To be suitable for the role you will have:
- Preferably, a qualification or extensive relevant experience in a quantitative or analytical discipline, including as statistics, data science, or data analytics
- Demonstrated expertise in coordinating surveys in a variety of online platforms such as EvaluationKit and Qualtrics
- Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and qualitative data gathering, manipulation, storage, analysis, and reporting, using Tableau (preferably)
- Highly proficient computer skills with experience in excel to an intermediate level
