About the Job
Swinburne is embarking on an exciting journey, working towards our new vision of bringing people and technology together to build a better world. We are seeking two Quality Advisors to work with stakeholders to identify areas of risk and assist in the development of strategies to resolve issues.

You will work closely with VET teaching departments and partners, providing knowledge and skills to support Swinburne's commitment to the delivery of high-quality training and assessment practices and ensure compliance with the regulatory frameworks and government funding agreement. Located within Business Services and Quality, this role reports to the Manager, VE Quality and Business Improvement, to promote and facilitate a quality culture.

About you
To be successful in this role you will be suitably qualified and possess the following:
  • Background as a Trainer with TAE 40116 (Certification IV Training & Assessment) or equivalent
  • Understanding of VET quality and policy requirements
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory and funding body requirements and their implications for the University
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate with people at all levels with professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail
