A rare opportunity has arisen within our Coles Online - Network & Customer Delivery team. Reporting to the Product Manager, this is an agile and dynamic area full of passionate people who love what they do and have fun along the way. There are many projects to get involved with and you will work closely with the business and team members to solve problems and get stuff done. No day will be the same!

What you’ll be doing 

• Reporting on Product success KPIs
• Deriving actionable insights from data and customer feedback to support process improvements
• Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for various initiatives
• Ensuring the backlog aligns with the business and product strategies
• Analysing key areas with ability to visualise data in a meaningful way
• Supporting business case development

Good things you’ll need 

Ideally coming from an eCommerce or Retail background, you are a collaborative communicator and a strong problem solver. Analytically blessed, you interpret data into simple customer-friendly insight.

Other things you’ll need

• 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results for both users and the business
• Experience supporting product features (preferably using agile principles)
• Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
• Experience with MS Excel/ Power BI /Alteryx ability/PowerPoint
