  • Identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement of systems, processes and reporting to enhance the quality and accessibility of insights

Good things you’ll need

  • Proven experience in leading and navigating complex projects, with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating with, and influencing senior stakeholders to ‘make things happen’, and working effectively in a cross functional team
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability, with the ability to distil complex information and communicate it to senior stakeholders in a concise and compelling manner

  • Management consultant experience at a top tier firm is highly regarded.
  • Understanding of the current industrial relations environment and modern award interpretation is also advantageous, but not essential.
