About the Role
As an integral part of the change team, the Change Analyst will support change leads/managers through the assessment, analysis and management of change, including training and communications, and providing valuable administrative and coordination support.
The team is looking for a Change Analyst who is keen to grow their experience by supporting a variety of change projects at an enterprise, project and capability uplift level. Pulling on their previous experience and willing to learn and share new ideas.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience in the assessment and analysis of change to contribute to a Change Strategy/Plan
- Knowledge and experience of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience in the development or training content and the delivery of training and/or facilitation
- An excellent understanding and experience in process mapping and/or process improvement
Qualifications
- A postgraduate degree level qualification in a relevant discipline with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Relevant Change Management qualifications
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
