About the Role
The purpose of the Case Coordinator- Unaccompanied Humanitarian Minors is to provide responsive and tailored case coordination services to clients to support them to meet identified goals and address their barriers and vulnerabilities to achieve independence.
The UHM Programme incorporates the delivery of settlement support to facilitate minors transition to independent living and settlement in the Australian community. We aim to provide minors with the skills, service linkages and community connections to enable them to live independently in the Australian community.
You will work in a large supportive team, reporting to a Program Manager and from our Sunshine office.
(Please note that while we follow health advice during the COVID-19 concerns, employees will be supported to work remotely where need be and contact clients may include video conference and phone calls)
