About The Role

Role Location: 839 Collins Street, Docklands

Role Type: 12 Month Fixed Term, Full time opportunity


As a Senior Analyst, you will be managing tasks as required across various serviceability initiatives delivering fact based analysis, according to principles and standards that are both in line with responsible lending standards, financial goals and agreed risk appetite.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:


  • Educated to degree level in a numerate or commercial discipline
  • Effective people and project management skills
  • Can evidence successful end to end management and deployment of a credit strategy
  • Understanding of credit assessment systems
  • Have implemented or been involved in the implementation strategy in decision system
  • Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and work under pressure to achieve deadlines
  • Proven technical ability, behavioural techniques also evident
  • A successful track record in Consumer Risk Management
  • Relevant experience in underwriting, collections or account risk management. 
  • Strong analytic and statistical skills, experience in business use of statistics a pre-requisite.  Good working knowledge of SAS, SPSS, PowerPoint; Strategy Manager and advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and data warehouse systems.
