About the role

Reporting to Business Optimisation Manager you will support components of the analysis, design, documentation, development, implementation and post implementation support of various systems and operational processes across Shared Services and the wider corporate services teams.

This is a permanent full time position, location is flexible.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist with project briefs and change management plans
  • Assist with facilitation of workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather business requirements
  • Work as a member of the Business Optimisation Team documenting processes and procedures, testing, user guides, communications, project risks, gap analysis, and system and process changes/improvement
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver key systems, processes and documentation
  • Support analytics to develop clear and concise business solution options, recommendations and specifications
  • Actively contribute to the on-going development of RPA technology and reporting and analytics of RPA optimisation performance
  • Participate in planning and execution of system and integration testing
  • Support the development of benefit analysis, costings, resource requirements and timeframe identification to assist in prioritisation of activities to optimise delivery of initiatives
  • Support the business and end users with information and guidance about new features and functionality

 Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Experience in virtual workforce implementation such as RPA, machine learning and automation tools would be highly regarded
  • Experience with governance, documentation frameworks and protocols relating to automation tools, including developing user documentation, processes and procedures, testing and training would be highly regarded
  • Experience in engaging business users to understand issues and capture business requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting issues quickly and identifying and analysing solutions in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
  • Understanding of project and change management principles and tools
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to consider strategic implications of decisions and actions.
  • Demonstrated influencing skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including managers, peers, employees, external organisations and service providers
  • Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience using a variety of tools and programs including Microsoft Forms, Power Automate and Power BI would be highly regarded

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
