About the Role
We are looking for a Community Rehabilitation Support Worker (CRSW) to join our mental health team supporting clients in the Housing and Accommodation Support Partnership (HASP) program.
The HASP Program aims to help people with significant and ongoing mental health issues to live well in their community by providing safe, secure, and affordable housing with in-home and community support from mental health services.
The CRSW provides a range of rehabilitation and support to consumers, tailored to meet their individual needs. This role will suite someone who has lived experience and is willing to purposefully use their own story to help others further their own understanding of their journey.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
