As an Advanced Disability Support Officer in this residential home in the bayside suburb of Brighton you will be responsible for 2IC support to the House Supervisor by providing leadership and guidance to staff and direct client support to a client group. The successful applicant will need to be actively involved within the house due to the many activities the clients are involved in.
You will be responsible for providing support with activities of daily living and developing, implementing, and monitoring Individual Plans including personal care. In this role you will work to facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with and for the clients within the house.
Roster Hours:
This roster is a combination of day & afternoon shifts, with 2 Sleep overs per monthly roster.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Workers screening check.
In accordance with the Victorian Public Health Order, mandatory vaccination may be required for this position. Where applicable, evidence will be requested at probity check stage.
