With an impressive convention, exhibition and event gala space for up to 2,300 people, our team will be able to create the most amazing experience for our guests. We are currently accepting applications for a Demi Chef to join and be part of our extraordinary Events Culinary team.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has:

• Certificate in Commercial Cookery
• Previous exposure to leading a team within a high volume kitchen
• Experience working in the catering and events industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and the ability to work and communicate as part of a team
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster that can include, mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
