We are hiring now for Part Time Commis Chefs to join the Fat Noodle Culinary team at Treasury Brisbane. As a Commis Chef you will lead a section of the kitchen and be responsible for the success of your station. What are we looking for?

• Culinary qualifications (Commercial Cookery Cert III or equivalent) and prior experience in an up-market, high volume operation desirable
• Someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of European, Australian or Asian cooking styles
• Flexibility to work across a range of days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work collaboratively and create positive relationships with others
