Food and Beverage Supervisor I Dorsett

We currently have an opportunity for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the Dorsett Hotel team at The Star Gold Coast. As the Supervisor you will assist with providing direction and leadership to the team on shift, ensuring they are supported to deliver great service. Tasks will also include training, development and recruitment of the team.

• Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced food and beverage operation
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
• Demonstrated ability in developing productive workplace relationships
• Highly organised and eager, with a high attention to detail
• Flexible availability to suit business requirements
• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
