As the Ethical Sourcing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to act as an expert influencer for the ethical sourcing team by analysing, assessing, and maintaining Program data to support key stakeholders in determining remedial activities and next steps for compliance.
Youll also:
Represent the Ethical Sourcing team on a weekly basis in front of key stakeholders within selected business units.
Provide strategic recommendations in a timely fashion to the broader Ethical Sourcing team, Business Units and GNFR procurers on supplier non-conformance and methods for supporting supplier to become compliant.
Use expert data management skills to provide accurate and concise updates on recommendations and next steps for all interactions.
Communicate, liaise, coach and support suppliers and business unit stakeholders on Program compliance issues and broader compliance requirements.
Identify coaching needs, develop, and deliver key information to suppliers.
Experience in an ethical sourcing, risk, compliance, legal, quality, or equivalent role.
Skilled at preparing program policy, documentation
Background in ethical sourcing including understanding of international standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management Negotiation and Influencing skills
