About The Role

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

The Change and Process Governance Manager will support teams with change, process governance frameworks, communication and culture initiatives. You will be responsible for establishing Enterprise Finance change methodologies and leading change management for Finance Systems, Data and Innovation (FSDI) initiatives. You will develop on overarching Enterprise Finance process governance and re-engineering methodologies, including standards, tools and templates.  In addition, you will be responsible for shifting the global team into agile ways of working, including galvanizing our leadership team, creating an agile mindset and supporting processes, habits and tools.

You will be supported by a specialist with expertise in change and communications and a specialist with expertise in process governance.  The team together brings these skills to ensure the successful delivery of FSDI initiatives to users and support Finance with best practice methods.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following:

  • Designing and leading strategy
  • Expert stakeholder management relationship building
  • Agile ways of working
  • Applying the agreed ANZ Change Management Frameworks (including all practices and templates) to implement, transition, and sustain the change
  • Background in process optimisation (e.g. lean/six sigma)
  • Proficiency in using tools to manage projects effectively – whether it’s Excel, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint or something else!

Whether your background is in Finance, Risk, Operations, Transformation or Project Management – these will be included in your toolkit:

  • Change/delivery Management – You’ve successfully planned and delivered significant improvement/change initiatives or projects with a strong people, process or culture focus.  You take a structured, pragmatic approach to managing progress and outcomes
  • Relationship management/influencing – You build and maintain positive relationships and influence with stakeholders at all levels and can use consulting methods to facilitate perspectives and insights ensuring consistent, clear, and concise communications
  • Communication design – You are known to design and execute communication plans and activities and utilise a variety of media, channels and strategies to convey meaning and ideas to inform, educate and action. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in producing written communications in influencing for outcomes
  • Process governance – You have experience in managing process governance frameworks and embedding process management and engineering methodologies into change roles within a function. develop, refine and deliver change and process governance, including clear requirements, prioritisation, design and delivery of initiatives with allocated resourcing and timeframes
  • Analytical mindset and skills – You have proven experience in implementation and change management, including identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change, leading change management work streams with a structured methodology/process
