As part of our ongoing strategy to become Australia’s leading integrated resort, our Learning and Development team is expanding. We are hiring a Learning Design Specialist – Compliance which is a newly created role that will support digital/e-learn development related to Risk and Compliance.  Reporting to the Manager – Learning Design Centre, you will foster collaborative relationships with the business and ensure training content is tailored to business specific compliance.

This is a Permanent, full time role based in your choice of Sydney, Gold Coast or Brisbane + at home work options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to end design process to ensure training content and learning methodologies are reflective of a customer service driven culture
  • Be responsible for the quality assurance of digital design standards, evaluation of the user experience, implementation of improvements and innovation
  • Consult and collaborate with subject matter experts & stakeholders to scope deliverables from concept through to delivery
  • Ensure compliance with The Star Entertainment Group Code of Conduct, all internal policies and procedures and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital compliance learning experience

We are looking for:

  • Strong experience in eLearn/Instructional design in a large organisation
  • Previous experience working in compliance or competency based learning frameworks is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated knowledge in learning and design, including stakeholder consultation, needs analysis and learning administration
  • Ability to interpret technical, regulatory, legislative and job specific content to meet learner and business objectives
  • Customer service focus with ability to understand and continuously improve user experience
