As part of our ongoing strategy to become Australia’s leading integrated resort, our Learning and Development team is expanding with newly created roles. We are hiring several key roles and currently accepting expressions of interest via LinkedIn!

These positions are available in Sydney + we offer flexible and agile working options including at home!

Available Roles:

• L&D Manager – Leadership Centre (Permanent, Full Time)
  • Open to location in Sydney + flexible work options
  • Reporting to Group Manager L&D
  • Key Objective: support your leaders and L&D team in the delivery of leadership learning initiatives

• L&D Advisor – Leadership Centre (Permanent, Full Time)
  • Open to location in Sydney + flexible work options
  • Reporting to the L&D Manager – Leadership Centre
  • Key Objective: Deliver leadership development programs across the group, including the evaluation and facilitation of development initiatives for leaders

• L&D Advisor – Design Centre (Permanent, Full Time)
  • Open to location Sydney + flexible work options
  • Reporting to Manager Learning Design Centre
  • Key Objective: Support project based delivery and facilitation of training programs, workshops, coaching and online based programs
